Meeting strategy
Every other month second Tuesday or Thursday. Odd months Thursday, even months Tuesday. Tuesday is the CDC teleconference at 2pm. We will tack on MELCA meetings after coalition meetings, Conference Committee will meet before coalition times or by teleconference at other times. Location will be Augusta on the Tuesday. It will rotate on the Thursdays. Snow days will be addressed as they come.
